ALIV Paradise Giveaway Terms & Conditions
One eligible existing ALIV postpaid customer can enter to win a 2-night stay at Comfort Suites® Paradise Island. Participants must pay their ALIV postpaid bill during the promo period to automatically enter to win.
Promo Period: January 25th – February 15th, 2024
Winner will be notified on February 16th, 2024
Terms & Conditions:
- Limited time promotional giveaway running from January 25th – February 15th, 2024.
- Any active postpaid subscriber with a tenure of 6 or more months, as of the start of the promo period, is eligible to participate in this promotion.
- To be entered into the drawing pool, qualifying postpaid customers must:
- Pay the full outstanding balance on their account by February 15th, 2024 at any location payment method to automatically enter the drawing.
- Payment options include but not limited to bank transfer, in-store or via the MyALIV app
- One (1) lucky winner will be selected from the pool of eligible participants on February 16th, 2024. A winner can only be selected at random once. A runner-up will be selected if the winner foregoes the prize collection.
- The winner will receive a 2-night stay at Comfort Suites® Paradise Island. Booking date and room preference are subject to availability and must be arranged directly with Comfort Suites® Paradise Island.
- ALIV is not responsible for any further travel arrangements including but not limited to plane tickets, boat fare or direct transportation to Comfort Suites.
- The winner will be contacted via phone and/or email and directed to the Reservations Department for the hotel.
- ALIV reserves the right to change or substitute prizes at any time without notice.
- Giveaway prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. Winners will be selected from the pool of eligible participants during the promo period and notified via phone and email on or before the date on announcement.
- Upon acceptance of the prize, the winner agree to allow the CBL Group and all associated brands to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes. All personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties. All winners are required to participate in all promotional advertising, including photo opp and video interviews which will become the sole right of ALIV to use at their discretion.
