At ALIV, we strive to provide our customers with the best mobile experience possible. Many of you have recently experienced an increase in data overages and we have taken a keen interest in your feedback. We want you to know that we hear you.

These overages are not because of a reduction in your data allowances. Several popular social media apps like WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & YouTube have reconfigured their platforms in a way that consumes data at a much faster rate than before, which may account for the rapid depletion of your data plans.

While other networks may slow down or throttle your data usage within apps, ALIV is committed to maintaining a consistent overall user experience.

We do, however, understand your frustration, and as a token of our gratitude, ALIV is giving all of our customers who purchase a plan between August 25th and September 25th, 5GB of *FREE Data for your continued loyalty and support. We’ve also put together these tips to help you manage your data better with our support.

*Bonus 5GB Add-On” Terms and Conditions: (1) Be ALIV organized and hosts The “Bonus 5GB Add-On” Promotion (“The Promotion”) Limited. (2) The Promotion is open to any ALIV prepaid or postpaid customer with an active plan as of 12:00 a.m. August 25, 2022. (3) The Promotion starts at 12:00 a.m. August 25, 2022, and ends 12:00 a.m. September 25, 2022. Be Aliv Limited reserves the right to change or end the Promotion at any time. (“Promotion Period”). Prepaid customers must purchase a plan during the promotion period in order to be eligible. Post-paid customers will automatically receive the bonus add-on.
