First, look into the cost of roaming in the country to which you're traveling.
Re-educate yourself on the account type you have.
For Prepaid Customers, you can purchase a Roam Easy Plan if traveling to a Digicel Caribbean country. Purchase a roaming add-on (data only) if you are traveling to the U.S Canada and or Digicel Caribbean. Or if you want to use Data, SMS and or Voice you can top-up your wallet.
For Postpaid Consumer Customers, all plans except one comes with the roam free feature that allows use the service while in the U.S and Canada. You can purchase a roaming add-on (data only) if you are traveling to the U.S Canada and or Digicel Caribbean. Or you can use your International Roaming Credit limits for Data, SMS, and Voice.
For Postpaid Corporate Customers, some plans come with additional roaming features or a single feature that can be used in U.S and or Canada. You can also purchase a roaming add-on (data only) if you are traveling to the U.S Canada and or Digicel Caribbean. Or you can use your International Roaming Credit limits for Data, SMS, and Voice.
Remember: If traveling to the US, ensure phone is VoLTE enabled as 3G is no longer supported on any US carrier.
When you arrive at your destination, modern devices will attach to a roaming partner network by default. If your phone does not attach to a network automatically, then you can manually search for a network and attach.

To control your roaming data, ensure you turn off your mobile data and your Wi-Fi assist before you land and when not in use. You should also review the roaming charges for intended travel destination on bealiv.com/roaming prior to travel and utilize Wi-Fi when available. If you’re unable to access data check your SMS messages to see if you received a usage notification while roaming.
