roameasy plans come with the following features:

  • Local (within The Bahamas) call, text and data allocation
  • Roaming call, text and data allocations
  • No need to top up the wallet while using roameasy plans, unless all roaming units have been exhausted
  • Option to purchase a roaming add-on for additional usage

To begin, if you are traveling to any Digicel Caribbean country, instead of purchasing a prepaid roaming add-on that only includes data, you can purchase the RoamEasy Caribbean, which includes DATA, SMS, VOICE, and local usage.

The RoamEasy Caribbean can be purchased through the Care Portal, MyAliv App, BeAliv.com and IVR.

Yes, if you are traveling to the United States and a Digicel Caribbean country, you can purchase the roam easy plan as well as the prepaid roaming add-on. However, in order to access voice and SMS while in the United States, you must top up your account because the prepaid roaming add-on is only for data.

Yes, the roameasy Caribbean and roameasy USA & Canada plans are stand-alone primary plans that can also purchase local add-ons similar to all other 7-day standard plans. Activating a roaming add-on will not replace an active roameasy, freedom or liberty prepaid plan.

Yes, the roameasy usa & can plan can be used on most networks in the United States and Canada but is recommended is recommended to be used on AT&T network in the USA and TELUS network in Canada.

Yes, the roameasy usa & can plan may be used on most networks in Digicel Caribbean, however it is recommended for use when traveling to a Digicel Caribbean Country.

terms and conditions

  1. Talk, text and data allocations in the plan can only be used when roaming on Digicel network and locally.
  2. Units will expire based on usage or on the date of expiration.
  3. If the roaming plan expires and you have funds in your wallet Data, SMS and Voice can still be accessed however you will be charged for the usage.
