For Postpaid Corporate our Roam Free program is a little different in that some plans come with roaming units that are separate for local units. The assigned roaming units for certain plans can only be used while traveling to the United States and Canada.
If you use all of your roaming units but continue to use the service, you will be charged based the consumption from your International Roaming credit limit consumption. (To make any edit to your limit please contact your Corporate Sales Rep).
If you are traveling outside of the United States, Canada, and Digicel Caribbean Countries, we recommend that you review your credit limit based on your plan and the destination rates you will be visiting and plan accordingly (view rates).
For Postpaid Corporate, we offer eight postpaid plans that includes roaming features. It means that you will not be charged for consumption while roaming in the United States and Canada once you don’t exceed your assigned allotment.
The five plans listed below include a roaming feature for voice and then data and voice to your plan. This feature is only available when visiting the United States and Canada.

For Postpaid Corporate yes, these default credit limits can be adjusted based on your needs, with the understanding that you will be charged if you exceed them.
Each postpaid corporate plan includes credit limits that can be used locally and globally. These limits include:
- International Roaming Limits this can be used for Roaming globally - Data, SMS, and Voice
- International Voice Limits this can be used locally for voice calls made to persons outside The United States and Canada.
- Local Voice, Local Data, and Local Text Limit. If you go over any of your regular plan units, either of these limits can be used locally until the new month begins.
REMINDER: To avoid additional data charges when visiting the United States, Canada, and Digicel Caribbean Countries, customers can add a roaming add-on to their plan.

If you are a postpaid corporate client, you do not have a wallet. Instead, your plan includes a default credit limit that can be used both locally and globally if you exhaust your plan's units, roaming, and or need to make a call outside of the United States and Canada.
For Data only usage, you can purchase a postpaid roaming add-on.
For Data and voice usage while in the United States and Canada, some of our corporate plans allow you to use voice while roaming, while some plans allow you to use Data, SMS, and Voice.
If you will use the International Roaming credit limit, we strongly recommend you view the postpaid roaming rates page to apply the correct amount.

In Canada, the preferred networks are Rogers, Bell and Telus.
When visiting one of Digicel Caribbean countries, the preferred network is Digicel.
