what do I need to switch?
+ go to any ALIV flagship store to request a new mobile account, and tell them that you would like to keep your mobile number.
+ help with your porting (switching) request is available in store from our ALIV Angels.
+ provide a government issued I.D., passport or driver's license.
+ provide a bill not older than 3 months if you are a post-paid customer.
+ have an unlocked phone (if you are not purchasing an ALIV phone)
+ ensure a plan or top-up is available on your phone so that you can use your new SIM.
