Patrice Thompson is an expert human resource professional with vast experience in Strategic HR, Employee Relations, Payroll Management, Compliance, Employee Onboarding, Employee Compensation, Mergers and Acquisitions & Talent Acquisition and over 15 years’ experience in people- centric leadership. Starting as an operations leader at the Atlantis managing marketing, sales, and customer experience, she then transitioned to human resources as Executive Director of Talent and Sourcing where she attracted and retained senior level talent for one of the premier resorts in The Bahamas. Patrice received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University and holds further professional certifications in ‘Performance-Base Hiring’, ‘Talent Plus’, and ‘Neuroscience and Talent Management’. Patrice joined Aliv in August 2016 as the Director of Human Resources and currently she is the General Manager of New Providence. She is an expert in developing teams and has a proven track record for supporting business needs.
