  1. What is the “Bring Your Own Device” Promotion?

    The BYOD promotion geared towards BTC postpaid porting customers allowing them to keep their number, bring in their own smartphone and receive a $100 credit towards their third month bill. 
     
  2.  Who can participate in the BYOD Device?

    Post-paid porting BTC customers.
     
  3. What do I need?

    Customers will need an unlocked and GSM-compatible phone (Band 4 or 13 required) and IMEI number.
    Additionally, customers will also need existing telephone contact, government issued ID, current home address, email address, most recent paid post-paid bill (for last 3 months of service), signed contract.
     
  4. Can I pay by credit card? 

    Yes, you can pay by credit card.
     
  5. When does the BYOD promotion end?

    December 31, 2020. 
     
  6. How many numbers can I port?

    Customers may port up to two numbers postpaid with Aliv once proof is provided and it is confirmed that they are the rightful owner of the number(s) they are porting.
     
  7. Is there a pdf or link that shows costs of all phones (regular price)

  1.  The “Bring Your Own Device” Promotion (“The Promotion”) is organized and hosted by Be Aliv Limited. 
     
  2. The Promotion is open to postpaid porting customers.
     
  3. The Promotion starts at 12:00 a.m. February 1, 2020. Be Aliv Limited reserves the right to change or end the Promotion at any time. (“Promotion Period”)
     
  4. Any postpaid porter starting 12:00 a.m. February 1, 2020 and ending 11:59 p.m. December 31, 2020 are eligible to bring in their own smartphones and get:

    + a $100 credit to be applied to their 3rd month of service.
     
  5. The promotion is valid at any ALIV location while supplies last. 
     
  6. Customers may port up to two numbers postpaid with aliv once proof is provided and it is confirmed that they are the rightful owner of the number(s) to be ported (switched) and mobile number portability requirements are met where necessary.
     
  7. Customers will need an unlocked and GSM-compatible phone (Band 4 or 13 required) and IMEI number.
     
  8. $100 credit is only applicable if not purchasing a device.
     
  9. Customers will also need existing telephone contact, government issued ID, current home address, email address, most recent paid post-paid bill (for last 3 months of service), signed contract.
     
  10. Customers must not exchange items in the Promotion for cash, products or services.
     
  11. ALIV’s decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final.
     
  12. By participating in the Promotion, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
     
  13. Terms and Conditions apply to ALL porting customers.
