  • How do I sign my business up?

    We can switch your team to ALIV quickly. Simply call us and we’ll have a dedicated account advisor walk you through the process. The ALIV network is monitored round-the-clock.

    When you join ALIV, not only do you get a Relationship Manager to look after and understand your business, but you’ll have access to our customer care team – our guys are here to help you and your team from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day of the year.

    Relationship Management is an integral part of the service ALIV provides to our business customers.

     

     

  • What is the minimum number of people required for a business contract?

    We have a minimum requirement of 2 subscribers in order to sign up for a business contract.

  • Are there discounts available the more people are on my plan?

    Yes, there are! Simply call us and a Relationship Manager will walk you through all the different options availbale to you! Relationship Management is an integral part of the service ALIV provides to our business customers.

  • Is there a shared minutes plan?

    We do not have shared minutes because you don't need it! With our online portal, you will be able to view each employees usage real time.

     

  • Is there a voice & text only plan? What are the rates?

    We do not have voice and text only plans. ALIV is giving you the best value for money so that you don't have to worry about usage.

     

  • If a 'capped' plan is assigned (i.e. Liberty 50) what happens when a person uses all their allocated minutes? How will overages be handled?

    Once you have used all of your allocated minutes, you will be billed for out of bundle minutes.

     

  • How will overages on data be charged? What are the rates?

    Overages on data will be charged per MB. Ask your ALIV Relationship Manager for rates.

     

  • How will roaming services work?

    We provide international roaming in over 190 countries and 600+ network operators. You will also be able to see your roaming usage online.

     

  • Is there a package for roaming or will it be billed at the end of the service cycle?

    Right now roaming will be billed at the end of the service cycle.
